As a part time Clinical Lead with The Buttery, your role will involve leading a team to provide AOD focused person-centred care and trauma informed support to participants.
You will be responsible for the implementation, clinical competency, and ongoing review of the Nimbin Hub program.
You will get to manage a small team of four staff comprising the new Clinician and Peer worker roles and two established Community Development Officers (CDOs) in the Community Drug Action Teams (CDAT) program.
