Child focused allied health clinicians – Coffs Harbour
Seasons Allied Health is a child, adolescent, and family focused allied health practice based in Coffs Harbour, servicing the Mid North Coast area. We are growing and looking for another passionate and skilled clinician to help meet our ongoing demand for services. As a practice we hold strong values of self care, development, flexibility, and kindness to ourselves, our families, and the broader community. We are flexible in exploring those interested in either contracting, or employee models.
We are seeking to find psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who wish to work in a multidisciplinary clinic with a focus on the whole brain, person, family, and system.

What we are looking for
Someone who aligns with our values of compassion, growth, ethical practice, and efficiency
Someone with passion for working with children, adolescents and families and/or peri/post natal care
Psychology or Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA or Speech Therapy Registration with Speech Therapy Australia
Own insurance, working with children’s check, and police check or willingness to obtain
Understanding of health and disability systems or willingness to learn.
Commitment for a minimum of 12 months
Goal orientated client centred approach to working with individuals and families
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to participate in clinic growth
Ability to meet realistic KPI’s.
