About the Role
As the first point of contact for their patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional clinic experience. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice through reception and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic
- Managing appointment bookings and practitioner schedules
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing payments and private health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- General administrative and reception duties
- Assisting practitioners and supporting clinic operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A warm, professional, and positive attitude
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
- Multitasking-focused environment
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
Experience in a medical, allied health, or wellness setting is highly regarded but not essential.
