The aim of the Community Voices program is to work with community members in small and isolated towns across the North Coast of NSW to become healthier, more resilient communities.
The role of NCPHN is to assist community members to become effective agents of positive local action for improving health and wellbeing.
Community conversations provide an informal space and safe environment to share stories, identify community strengths and aspirations and find solutions to community-identified challenges.
