Check your NASH expiry date
- Log in to your PRODA account, select HPOS tile, Go to service.
- Select No Organisation – proceed as an individual and click continue
- Select My Programs.
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record.
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and Manage existing records.
- Select My organisation details.
- Click on the Certificates tab.
- Check the date in the column Certificate Expiry Date.
Revoke your NASH certificate
- Log in to your PRODA account, select HPOS tile, Go to service
- Select No Organisation – proceed as an individual and click continue.
- Select My Programs
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and Manage existing records
- Select My organisation details
- Click on the Certificates tab
- Select Revoke
- Click OK on the warning notification
- Complete the request form
- Select reason for revocation as Transitioning to a NASH SHA-2 Certificate
- Tick the terms and conditions
- Click save changes
- Click OK on the warning notification to confirm submission of request to revoke
- Review and confirm your request details, read the privacy notice and click submit
- Once reviewed and processed by Services Australia, OMO will be notified and they can now follow instructions to Request a NASH PKI site certificate
Request a NASH PKI site certificate
- Log in to your PRODA account, select HPOS tile, Go to service.
- Select My Programs.
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record.
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and Manage existing records.
- Select My organisation details.
- Click on the Certificates tab.
- Select Request a NASH PKI site certificate.
- Complete the request form.
- Select SHA-2 compatible product from Software Product list. If your software isn’t available, contact Service Australia to cancel your NASH SHA-1 revocation request, 1800 700 199 (option 2) or [email protected]: a) Check that you have upgraded to the latest software version and b) Your product/version may not be NASH SHA-2 ready.
- Enter a mobile number to receive text message when certificate is ready
- Tick checkbox to revoke the existing NASH certificate if you have one
- Tick checkbox to confirm you have read and understood the terms and conditions
- If your software isn’t available, go to I cannot select a product because and select My product is not available in the list.
- Complete the remainder of the form.
- Click Save changes.
- Review certificate request status and click Submit.
- Text message received with PIC code when NASH certificate is ready to download.
- Follow the above steps to access the Certificate tab.
- Select download to save the file to your computer.
- Contact your software vendor for support installing the certificate, using the PIC code in the text message.
Renew your NASH certificate
- Log in to your PRODA account, select HPOS tile, Go to service.
- Select No Organisation – proceed as an individual and click continue
- Select My Programs.
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record.
- Click on Healthcare Identifiers and Manage existing records.
- Select My organisation details.
- Click on the Certificates tab.
- Select Renew.
- Complete the request form.
- Select SHA-2 compatible product from Software Product list.
- If your software isn’t available, go to I cannot select a product because and select My product is not available in the list.
- Complete the remainder of the form.
- Click Save changes.
- Review certificate request status and click Submit.
- Text message received with PIC code when NASH certificate is ready to download.
- Follow the above steps to access the Certificate tab.
- Select download to save the file to your computer.
- Contact your software vendor for support installing the certificate, using the PIC code in the text message.
