The MNCLHD ADN pilot has been designed in partnership with eHealth NSW’s Integrated Care Program. The pilot uses the the same delivery mechanisms as are used for hospital discharge summaries to send ADNs to GP secure messaging vendors. The pilot is using the Event Summary standard template from HL7 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) as the notification layout.
