Have Hospital Admission and Discharge Notifications Helped You Stay Informed?
The Mid North Coast Local Health District’s Admission and Discharge Notification (ADN) pilot went live on 29 September 2020. The project has delivered over 84,213* notifications to patients’ nominated GPs.
