Your feedback will make a difference
By sharing your experience of primary health care on the North Coast, you’re helping us shape future health programs and services for you, your family and your community.
We’re asking for under ten minutes of your time, (why not grab a cuppa!) to help us shine a light on the types of health services needed now and into the future. Your feedback helps us prioritise our efforts, ensuring that with the funding available we are spending in the right areas to achieve better health outcomes for all.
The survey is open to all Mid North Coast and Northern NSW residents and visitors aged 18 and over, and all your answers will remain anonymous and confidential.

More than ever, it’s essential that we have a strong community voice at the centre of health planning and decision making.
Our region has unique needs, and everyone is different, which is why we need to hear from a diverse range of our community from across the Mid-North Coast and Northern NSW.
What you tell us will be combined with other health data to form a comprehensive review of health needs for our region. This is called the North Coast Health Needs Assessment 2025-2028, and your input into the Better Health Survey supports its development.

What happens next?
After we’ve analysed all of the survey findings and combined these with other health data, we’ll be running a series of community engagement sessions to ‘check-in’ with our community. If you’d like to be involved, send us an email by clicking the link below.
Following this community consultation we’ll then develop a draft report that will contain recommendations for future health services. This will be presented to the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing later this year for endorsement.
