Rachel De Sain has 20 years of global experience, helping Fortune 500 companies, governments and academic institutions adjust to a digital world. She’s coming to talk with us at the Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Symposium on Saturday 16 June.
Here’s an introduction from Rachel:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an enormous opportunity to improve workflow and support better and more efficient diagnostics. This enables automation of a range of different tasks.
For some, though, AI is the next step in dehumanising care and putting profits before people. They doubt the accuracy, reliability, security and clinical use of medical AI and fear the ethical problems that may arise.
So what’s fact and what’s fiction? And is artificial intelligence around the corner, or is it here now?
The Centre for Healthcare Knowledge & Innovation has asked me to lead an interactive discussion about exactly this. I will look at AI as a spectrum and how it can be integrated to support existing workflows. I will use both local and international case studies to settle some of the fears around AI, showing you how and why it’s making a difference.
I encourage you to join this discussion by registering for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare.
