North Coast Primary Health Network invites all Specialist and GP Practice Managers to lunch to hear from an expert panel of clinicians about integrating My Health Record into practice workflows. They will also share how they engage patients with My Health Record.

The opt-out period for My Health Record finishes on 15 November 2018. The Senate Inquiry into My Health Record revealed that there are approximately 900,000 people that have chosen to opt-out of having a My Health Record created for them. That is just over 3% of the population.
This information and panel session will assist you to prepare for the important role your practice will play in adding value to your customer in managing their health and building an accurate summary for other health practitioners involved in their care.

- Understand the benefits of using My Health Record, including reducing administration time/ following up patient information.
- Increase knowledge of My Health Record within practice software, what you can see and what information you can get.
- Learn how to operationalise workflow of My Health Record into every day procedures.
- Provide networking opportunities for GP & Specialist administration staff – improving local health networks.
