The project will target Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) agricultural workers in the Mid North Coast and Clarence Valley primarily engaged with blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry production.
The project will build the capability of the agricultural community to understand, prepare for and mitigate the impact of natural disasters on the environment and agriculture.
The program will support participants with tools to achieve a sustainable livelihood long term and importantly recognise and improve their holistic wellbeing through education and training workshops, service engagement and building social connections.
