Individual community member participants
- Randomly drawn 20 x $100 gift cards
- Open to residents of NSW north coast communities living in the following LGAs (Ballina, Bellingen, Byron, Clarence Valley, Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Kyogle, Lismore, Nambucca, Port Macquarie, Richmond Valley, Tweed)
- Not employees of Healthy North Coast
- Aged 18+ yrs
- Complete the Speak Up survey
- Complete the prize draw nomination
Community organisation participants
- Randomly selected 5 x $400 gift cards
- Open to community organisations (incl. community groups/associations, Aboriginal &/or Torres Strait Islander organisations, cultural groups, sporting groups, registered charities)
- Eligibility criteria incl:
- registered as a legal entity
- support people living in NSW north coast communities, support better health outcomes in the community
- have memberships b/w 20-5000 members, have total revenue <$1M
- not seeking funding for programs or activities specifically excluded
- Excluded programs or activities incl:
- medical research
- anti-vaccination activities
- unhealthy lifestyle activities
- charity works outside Australia
- activities associated with capital/refurbishment works
- Have a stated intention to recommend the Speak Up survey to its members/network
- Undertake activities that demonstrate their intention to recommend the Speak Up survey e.g. reposting Health North Coast social media posts
