On 18 and 25 November, Healthy North Coast ran a two-part mental health webinar series that explored the impact of stacked distress in the Mid North Coast community. Factors discussed included, bushfire, drought, flood, housing affordability and, of course, COVID-19.
Testimonials
“The case discussion approach was great. Everyone knows a Gary or a Susan and I loved hearing the different perspectives of the panel.”
“Links to resources, thoughtful insights re case study, self care in health professionals and stigma and systemic barriers to accessing MH supports by health professionals in regional communities. Thanks to all the panel!”
