‘Improve Recording of Alcohol Status’ Proves Popular With Practices

Improving recording of alcohol status is currently the most popular quality improvement activity in Primary Care Impact, after COVID-19 patient and staff safety.

One general practice has (anonymously) shared how they used Topbar and a team approach to increase their recording of alcohol status by 10% in six months.

Well done to this (shy) team for achieving the goal and sharing the experience with colleauges. (We thought your PDSA template and documentation was great by the way – short, clear and to the point, just the way your busy primary care colleagues like it!)

See the Primary Care Impact page ‘Improve recording of alcohol status‘ for more information and the shared PDSA.
