Administrators

Administrators have access to the setup of your online clinic. They will be trained in updating team members, waiting room hours and company information.

The primary administrator will act as the main contact for our Digital Health Team. Additional administrators can also be nominated.

Team Members

Team members are basic users that have no access to the setup of the online clinic. These members will be your clinicians and receptionists.

All users will have the ability to interact with the waiting area, allowing clinicians to join calls with their patients and the receptionist to advise patients if their GP or other service provider is running late.

IMPORTANT – every staff member wishing to use Video Call will need a unique email address.
