Through Nature to Nurture

The Head Heart and Hands project invites health professionals, education professionals and community members to this webinar on nature-based interventions for mental health in a changing climate.

Join Dr Jo Longman (University of Sydney), Dr Dimity Williams (Kids in Nature Network), and Mid and North Coast locals, The Nature School, Cherie Levy (Psychologist) and Andrew Lord (Educator) in a multidisciplinary conversation with Dr Sarah Mollard (General Practitioner) about the mental health impacts of climate change and how nature-based activities in the community and clinical practice can support resilience and recovery.

The Head Heart and Hands project is a grassroots community resilience project funded by a NSW Government, DPIE Increasing Resilience to Climate Change Grant. Head Heart and Hands is part of the Port Macquarie Hastings Sustainability Network and the project is auspiced by the Port Macquarie Community Garden.
