The Head Heart and Hands project is a grassroots community resilience project funded by a NSW Government, DPIE Increasing Resilience to Climate Change Grant. Head Heart and Hands is part of the Port Macquarie Hastings Sustainability Network and the project is auspiced by the Port Macquarie Community Garden.
