Sleep Week gives you flexible access to up-to-the minute sleep education and research. You can participate in live sessions, access recorded sessions in your own time, or a combination of both.
Two full-day online short courses are planned for the first day of Sleep Week on Tuesday 20 October. The main Sleep Week program takes place from Wednesday 21 October to Friday 23 October. Six two-hour online sessions are planned each day across three time slots with two concurrent sessions in each time slot. Evenings will feature one-hour evening sponsored symposia sessions followed by an online happy hour to talk through events of the day.
