The General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) Toolkit. The General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) QI Toolkit is designed to support general practices in implementing the GPACI to enhance care for aged care residents. Practices can utilise the toolkit to streamline their workflows, access relevant resources, and implement continuous Quality Improvement (QI) activities, ultimately fostering a patient-centred approach in aged care settings.
