HealthPathways
Get local health information, at the point of care
The Mid and North Coast HealthPathways website is a practical ‘care map’ that helps health professionals across hospitals and the community provide coordinated, consistent care.
HealthPathways are designed to support clinical decision-making at the point of care. They are primarily used by general practitioners, as well as hospital specialists, nurses, allied health professionals and other members of the healthcare team.
Each pathway provides locally relevant guidance on assessment, management and referral, including available services, referral criteria and recommended pre-referral investigations. This helps health professionals navigate local care options, improve coordination between services and support timely access to appropriate care for patients.
Accessing HealthPathways via your account
HealthPathways users can now register for a personalised account with an individualised username and password.
Registering will provide you with access to personalised features and new tools as they are released. The tool supporting CPD activity tracking is active. The new AI search function tool is currently in development.
