Mid and North Coast HealthPathways is an online platform aimed at supporting clinicians – primarily GPs, but also specialists, nurses and allied health professionals – by providing locally‑agreed, evidence‑based clinical assessment, management and referral guidance tailored to the Mid and North Coast region of New South Wales. This helps you make coordinated, timely decisions at the point of care with patients.
