UNSW Medicine local graduation ceremony: Class of 2025

Celebrating 17 new medical graduates and their contributions to the local community.

Coffs Harbour, Friday 21 November 2025 – The UNSW Clinical Medical School proudly marked its graduation ceremony, recognising the achievements of 17 of its newest medical graduates and their contributions to the local community.

At the ceremony, Dr Adrian Gilliland, Chair of Healthy North Coast, presented the prestigious Primary Care Award to Dr Olivia Lotz, acknowledging her outstanding commitment to patient care and excellence in clinical practice.

The event also highlighted the dedication of graduates choosing to remain in Coffs Harbour. Dr Carolos Meier and Dr Impana Dayananda announced they will continue their medical careers in the local area, strengthening the local healthcare workforce and ensuring ongoing support for the community.

The ceremony celebrated the culmination of years of rigorous study and clinical training, with graduates now poised to make a meaningful impact across hospitals, clinics, and community health services in New South Wales.
