Nurses, tell us what happens after hours and what support would make a difference
We want to hear from you.
Are you a registered nurse working afternoons, evenings, nights or weekends in residential aged care?
We want to hear from you.
When a resident becomes unwell after hours, you’re often the one making critical decisions, coordinating care, supporting residents and families, and navigating available services. We want to better understand what it’s really like on the ground.
Tell us what works well. Tell us what’s challenging. Tell us what support you need.
As part of the Strengthening After-Hours Support for Residential Aged Care Homes project, Healthy North Coast is gathering real-world experiences from RNs across the region. We want to learn about the situations you manage after hours, how easily you can access clinical advice, medical support and medications, and where the gaps and frustrations are.
Your insights will help shape practical resources, clearer escalation pathways and stronger after-hours support for residential aged care homes.
There are two ways to get involved:
You can do either or both. Providing your name is completely optional.
Your voice matters. Your experience matters. Help us build after-hours support that works for nurses.
