Reporting & Collaboration
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of teamwork and clear lines of support:

  • You will report directly to the Practice Manager for day-to-day operations, clinic workflows, and administrative support.
  • You will work closely alongside our General Practitioners (GPs), allied health professionals, and administrative teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and maintain clinic accreditation standards.

This role is Full time , with opportunities to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer immunizations, spirometry, and wound care
  • Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments
  • Work closely with doctors, allied health, and administrative teams
  • Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping
  • Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement initiatives

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration (mandatory)
  • Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
  • Previous experience in a medical centre environment,
  • Work rights to work in Australia
