Reporting & Collaboration
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of teamwork and clear lines of support:
- You will report directly to the Practice Manager for day-to-day operations, clinic workflows, and administrative support.
- You will work closely alongside our General Practitioners (GPs), allied health professionals, and administrative teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and maintain clinic accreditation standards.

This role is Full time , with opportunities to progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations, spirometry, and wound care
- Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments
- Work closely with doctors, allied health, and administrative teams
- Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping
- Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement initiatives
About You
- Current AHPRA registration (mandatory)
- Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
- Previous experience in a medical centre environment,
- Work rights to work in Australia
