About
Steph provides warm and client-centred therapeutic care for young people (14+) and adults across a range of mental health issues, with a special interest in anxiety disorders. Steph works within a number of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including CBT, ACT, DBT and Schema Therapy. Steph has worked in the family therapy space for the past several years, and brings a focus on understanding interpersonal dynamics and attachment when working with individuals. Steph is passionate about working with the many strengths that clients bring to treatment.
