About
Sam is Chair of Finance & Performance at Healthy North Coast and a senior strategic adviser, working with leaders in the corporate, not-for-profit, and family office sectors. For more than a decade, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a large charity with projects in South-East Asia, South America, and Australia.
Background
Earlier in his career, Sam was the Australian Managing Director of a NASDAQ/London Stock Exchange-listed property services company and previously Group Financial Controller at one of Australia’s largest and most iconic architectural firm.
He currently serves as Chair of Edmund Rice Education Australia NSW Colleges and Chair of Audit & Risk at Service & Creative Skills Australia Ltd (SaCSA). In addition, he is an advisory board member to the Indonesia Project at the Australian National University (ANU).
Sam’s past governance roles include Chair of Audit & Risk, Chair of Cyber & Tech, and Chair of the NSW Board of the Australian Red Cross.
He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and an MBA in International Business, and he is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
