I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. I have a passion for integrating contemporary psychology with Mindfulness-based therapies. I draw from the traditions of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Somatic focused therapies. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing an array of mental health issues.
