About
Theresa Mitchell MCP is a psychologist with over 17 years’ experience across community, outreach, and private settings. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and the impacts of DV and childhood sexual abuse. Her approach is compassionate and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, schema therapy, EMDR & mindfulness. As Founder/CEO of Agape Outreach Inc., she also works closely with people experiencing homelessness and complex trauma & substance use, offering grounded understanding of how poverty also affects mental health.
