About
I am a registered psychologist practicing in Ballina, Lennox Head, and online. My approaches are based on trauma-informed and holistic principles that underscore the interconnection of body, mind and spirit. I worked previously in the NT with adults and children across different ethnic groups. My PhD in psychology investigated the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping in schools. I have published books in health and well-being and meditation. Experienced in working with issues of anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, depression, stress, phobias, unhelpful habits and addiction.
