About
As a credentialed mental health nurse and midwife with nearly 20 years of experience working in public mental health I have a passion for working within the perinatal and infant mental health period. I have a special interest in working with women with complex trauma backgrounds. I am trained in circle of security, EMDR, CBT, DBT, polyvagal therapy, motivational interviewing, non-directive counselling and trauma focussed recovery.
