Liga Walters is a trauma-informed Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Lismore, supporting adults and teenagers across the Northern Rivers and online Australia-wide.
Liga specialises in PTSD and complex trauma (CPTSD), childhood and attachment trauma, anxiety, stress and overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and emotional and nervous system regulation. She has a particular passion for supporting women to heal deeper patterns and develop greater self-trust, resilience and wellbeing.
Her approach integrates Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), mindfulness, attachment-based approaches and trauma-informed neuroscience.
Liga brings warmth, compassion and genuine enthusiasm to her work, creating a down-to-earth, non-judgemental space where clients feel seen, heard and understood.
She offers individual psychotherapy and Women’s Group Therapy, welcomes self- and plan-managed NDIS participants, offers concession options, and selected private health rebates may apply.
