About
I am a clinical psychologist and have been working in private practice for the last 10 years. I have a broad experience working with anxiety disorders, issues of self esteem and confidence, mood and adjustment disorders and adolescent challenges, as well as ADHD. I always aims to build a solid and trusting rapport as I believe that this is key to self development, recovery and growth. I use a combination of allowing space to explore clients’ thoughts and feelings, while also working through specific strategies and techniques, to help clients move forward through their life.
