Hugo Hayes
Clinical Psychology Registrar, Psychologist
123-125 Dalley Street, Mullumbimby NSW 2482, Australia
About
Drawn to psychology by a desire to understand the human experience, I believe meaningful change comes from slowing down, observing our patterns, and trying new ways of responding.
nWhether you’re navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, eating difficulties, insomnia, or simply a sense that things aren’t working as well as they could, I work to ensure you feel heard and safe to explore – while keeping therapy moving toward the life you want. I also offer cognitive and diagnostic assessments.
