About
With close to 20 years experience as a psychologist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care to adolescents and adults. In addition to my work at Reflective Psychology, I also provide mental health support to women at the Coffs Harbour Women’s Health Centre. I draw primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR, complemented by other evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness-based interventions. My approach is flexible and collaborative, always guided by the individual needs, goals and values of each client.
