Carolina is a registered psychologist who works with children and adults across a broad range of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflict and adjustment to change. Carolina utilises a client-centred approach drawing from EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT, Mindfulness, and Psychotherapy (Gestalt, Family Constellations, Sandplay Therapy and Process Oriented Psychology).
