Thank you for your suggestion for improvement. We strive to continuously improve our processes and service to the North Coast community. All suggestions will be reviewed and discussed.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your concerns. We view every complaint as an important opportunity to improve our processes which enable us to provide a quality service. All complaints are treated seriously and are addressed promptly and fairly.

What we will do with your feedback

We will acknowledge and register your feedback.
We will do an initial assessment to see whether the issue can be resolved immediately or if an investigation is required.
If an investigation is necessary, the appropriate person will commence the investigation keeping your personal information private and confidential.
In cases where feedback involves a Healthy North Coast contracted service, the person investigating the feedback will follow it up directly with the service provider.
If you have requested a response, we will notify you when the issue is resolved and let you know of the actions taken.

If you are unsatisfied with the response you have received from us, you may contact the Department of Health via the PHN.Complaints@health.gov.au inbox in accordance with the Primary Health Networks Program Complaints Policy.
