Arts Therapist and Counsellor – Home-Visits and Online
Experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, social difficulties, complex life circumstances and struggles associated with neurodivergence. My practice is grounded in person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed and attachment-informed approaches, with a strong focus on strengthening self-awareness and helping people to develop a greater sense of safety, agency and connection.
