Nana Glen Outreach Clinic

From Monday 19 October, Tidal Motion Physiotherapy & Allied Health is bringing a monthly health clinic to the Nana Glen Memorial Hall, 26 Grafton Street.

What’s on each clinic day:
• Free nurse health check — covering physical, mental and social health, along with a look at funding you may be eligible for and referrals as needed
• Over 50s Strength & Balance Class — 9–10am, $15, including breakfast and coffee
• Physiotherapy for pain, injury and mobility
• Pain management and mobility equipment, which we can supply

Physiotherapy can be covered through Support at Home, NDIS, DVA, workers compensation or a GP care plan, or accessed privately.

Can’t make it to the hall? Home visits and telehealth appointments are available all year round.
