About
I’m a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist supporting adults experiencing relational trauma, neurodivergent adults, and victims of crime. I hold a Master of Counselling, am Level 3 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I offer a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed approach, grounded in neuro-affirming and strengths-based care. Drawing on IFS, EMDR, somatic and compassion-focused approaches, I tailor therapy to your individual needs and pace. I work alongside you to explore the effects of trauma, develop emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-compassion and build more connected relationships with yourself and others.
