Tweed Heads Regional Aged Care Connect Meeting

• Hosted by Healthy North Coast, Regional Aged Care Connect meetings bring local health, aged care, and community partners together to strengthen collaboration, identify service gaps, and improve coordination of care for residents across the region.

Partnering for Better Care and Regional Aged Care Connect – Grafton

• An afternoon designed for RACH staff to join representatives from NNSW Health, Healthy North Coast and the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing to learn about and discuss services and supports in their community that can assist in care delivery for their residents. This event will collaborate with the Healthy North Coasts Regional Aged Care Connect meeting.
• Doors open at 1:00pm to allow time for networking and to connect with colleagues and service representatives in your area
• Grafton District Services Club – 105 – 107 Mary Street, Grafton
