Objectives


The objectives of the Way Back Support Service are to:

  • improve health outcomes for people who have attempted suicide or are experiencing suicidal crisis
  • improve care coordination and planning
  • positively influence the experiences of consumer and carers within the health care system
  • contribute to the provision of effective primary mental health and suicide prevention services for people with mental illness and/or at risk of suicide.
