Objectives
The objectives of the Way Back Support Service are to:
- improve health outcomes for people who have attempted suicide or are experiencing suicidal crisis
- improve care coordination and planning
- positively influence the experiences of consumer and carers within the health care system
- contribute to the provision of effective primary mental health and suicide prevention services for people with mental illness and/or at risk of suicide.
