I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, life changes and adjustment difficulties, chronic pain and health concerns, infertility and general wellbeing challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based, with a focus on practical strategies that fit everyday life. Evening and Saturday appointments available.
