About
I am an experienced mental health Social Worker and existential psychotherapist specialising in treating clients who experienced complex trauma in the formative years. Combining evidence-based therapies for the treatment of trauma related issues, I offer an integration of EMDR and IFS as well as other well known therapies to support the healing of past injuries that have lead to compulsive self-soothing behaviours and insecure attachment patterns in important relationships. I am also an accredited clinical supervisor with PACFA and ACA.
