Hello, I am a registered Psychologist, with a strong background working with Work Cover clients, Australian defence force personal (current and ex-serving), individuals experiencing substance use difficulties, and people effected by disability (via the NDIS). I apply a person-centered and strengths-based approach, drawing on cognitive behaviour therapy, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy when/where appropriate.
