Primary care is the front line of Australia’s health system. What happens in primary care impacts not only the health of an individual, but the health of the region as a whole.

Healthy North Coast is dedicated to partnering with general practices, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) and non-government providers such as aged care and allied health services to generate the greatest possible impact on the health of individuals and the health of our region.

These Primary Care Impact pages include a central library of QI Topics and Projects housing information on all our current projects, as well as pre-populated quality improvement activities or the resources to create your own QI.  The QI Tips for Success page has ideas on how to make your QI and project work more successful, enjoyable and sustainable.
