Registered Northern NSW general practices are now publishing contact information directly to NNSWLHD – a great way to help improve hospital discharge summary delivery and ensure data quality.
Many Northern NSW practices have now registered for the Service Registration Assistant or are in the process of registering.
If you have not yet completed your registration, request a phone call or email from our North Coast PHN Digital Health Team:
Register now to save time updating multiple address books, and to help ensure patient safety in the transfer of care from acute to primary care.
What is the Service Registration Assistant?
The Service Registration Assistant has been developed by the Australian Digital Health Agency in partnership with eHealth NSW, NNSWLHD and North Coast PHN. The Service Registration Assistant is designed to connect you to organisations and directories like the Northern NSW Local Health District, secure messaging providers, pathology services and the National Health Services Directory.
The Service Registration Assistant is currently open for Northern NSW registrations until the end of March 2020. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback about the registration process, how you see this new service benefitting your practice and staff, plus any other comments you would like to provide.
