Connect to Wellbeing Offers Connection to NDIS

Connect to Wellbeing North Coast has made it easier for anyone looking for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support.

Connect to Wellbeing offers a single point of contact for people to connect with mental health and alcohol and other drugs services. It is free and available to community members, health professionals and community services.

On its website, Connect to Wellbeing now offers information about the NDIS and details of local NDIS service providers.

There is a guide that provides step-by-step information about accessing psychosocial support under the NDIS. It covers the area from Port Macquarie to Tweed Heads and is freely available. Click here to download a copy.

There is also an online NDIS Service Provider Directory for the North Coast to help people tap into the services and contacts they need. It includes an easy to search index of topics:

  • Assistance with daily life
  • Assistance with social and community participation
  • Assistive technology
  • Consumables
  • Finding and keeping a job
  • Home modifications
  • Improved daily living skills
  • Improved health and wellbeing
  • Improved life choices
  • Improved relationships
