Expression of Interest: Healthy North Coast Nominations Board Sub-Committee

Expressions of interest are sought from suitably experienced and qualified individuals to serve as an independent member of the Nominations Committee.

The purpose of the HNC Nominations Committee is to provide advice and recommendations to the Board and/or the organisational Members on specified matters, particularly in relation to Board composition, Board succession planning, and governance generally. The Committee also assists the Board with the coordination of the Director election process.

Independent members are voting members who provide the Committee with expert assistance and advice to enable it to implement its responsibilities in accordance with the Committee’s Terms of Reference.

Expressions of Interests should detail: 

• The reason for your interest
• Your skills, experience and qualifications and how they assist to meet the Committee’s purpose above
• Names and contact details of two professional references

A demonstrated interest in the North Coast region is preferred.

Independent Members are paid in line with the Stakeholder Engagement Remuneration Procedure.

The member will be selected by the Board, following an interview if required. Appointments are for an initial term of three (3) years.
