The purpose of this three-day program is to inspire, encourage and support women in health care and research to reach their full career potential. The program will discuss the self-awareness, self-care, mindset and behaviours that create the leadership that is needed in the global context we live and work in. By providing supportive networks and partnerships, the program will explore equal opportunity, capacity, capability building and career strategic planning.
