Clinicians are good at giving health advice to their patients. But are they good at taking their own advice? Find out at the Clarence Valley Clinical Society CPD Bites event and learn how to help yourself and others to become healthier and more resilient.
What to expect
CPD Bites is an opportunity to meet with your local health colleagues, have a bite to eat, and learn bite-sized CPD. Come along to discuss the warning signs of burnout and compassion fatigue, and strategies to cope with the occupational reality of clinical workplace stress.
It’s important to feel mentally healthy, safe and valued at work, so you can perform at your best and flourish in life. When you put all your effort into looking after others and don’t make self-care a priority, problems can arise.
