You’re invited to join our recurring Wednesday lunchtime ( 12pm – starting Wednesday 27 May and continuing throughout June) ADHD Management education sessions for GPs, nurses and practice teams across Northern NSW and the Mid North Coast.
These short (15-20mins) online sessions are designed to provide practical support and updates around ADHD management in primary care. These sessions are informal and flexible. Practices are welcome to simply log in during lunch, ask questions, discuss prescribing processes, and stay updated on evolving ADHD reforms.
Topics may include:
- ADHD co-management processes and workflows
- SafeScript authority processes and prescribing pathways
- NSW ADHD reform updates
- Referral pathways
- Practical questions around shared care arrangements
- Further ADHD education and training opportunities (continuation and endorsed prescriber)
- Open Q&A with the ADHD Co-Management CNC Coordinator
The focus is on helping practices better understand current pathways, reduce confusion around processes and requirements, and support smoother patient flow between specialist and primary care services.
The aim is to support more efficient, accessible and sustainable ADHD care across our region while improving patient access and helping reduce specialist waitlist pressure.
Whether you are already participating in co-management or wanting to better understand available pathways and supports, you are very welcome to join.
